The above mentioned models are gas control valves for space heater with built-in governor, the product of Shir Gas Pasargad Industrial Corporation.
The first gas control valve combined with governor which is patented under certificate number 37475 dated 7/9/2006.
The gas control valve model NG8415 and NG8416 with built-in governor are the product of Shir Gas Pasargad Industrial Corporation. These valves fit to various types of gas space heater and fireplace and can be used with Natural Gas and LPG.
The design and production process have been made by S.G.P in accordance with national and international regulations and standards.
The NG6801is equipped with an ignition system that could operate by pressing the spindle and turning anti-clock wise, without the gas being entered into main outlet, the pilot assembly would be lit up.
The minimum and maximum flame length would adjust by setting screw at outlet port. The consumer can adjust flame length from low to high, and vice versa.
In order to fit control valve into appliance cabinet, the gas inlet port is liable to be fixed to desired outlet port in four different directions according to manufacturer planned production. This advantage would facilitate the installation of valve and save pipeworks and fittings.
The valve is designed in a way that can be installed in any situation without the need for a holder.
The performance of valve being installed in any installation mode whether horizontal, vertical or inclined would be fair.
The valve have the ability to work with a minimum flow rate (less than 4.25 lit/h) and while provide the flow rate of pilot burner and oxypilot at the same time as supplying flow rate of main burner.
Due to the simultaneous adjustment of the valve and governor, the operating process of this kind of combination of valve and governor is reliably perfect.
By removing unnecessary fittings used in between valve and the governor, unwanted pressure drop caused by fittings will be eliminated and thermal value of gas appliance will be maintained.
The space provided for installation inside gas appliances has been reduced in compare with installation of a separate valve and governor. There is no risk of leakage due to lack of fittings in between of
the valve and governor.
The risk of governor being removed by the consumer from gas appliance is eliminated.
There is a filter inside its pilot assembly.
The valve is equipped with Flame Failure Safety Device (F.F.S.D) which would cut off thermoelectric current generated by the thermocouple automatically. Pilot burner, thermocouple, magnet unit are main parts that form F.F.S.D. These products are designed in such a way that in the absence of output of gas, the output pressure of gas does not equal the input pressure of gas. (Lock pressure system) In case of possible rupture of the diaphragm, the leakage rate is within the allowable limit and prevents any danger.
Testing procedure :
Apart being certified by Quality Management System, ISO 9001 : 2000, the valve is tested and supervised and its operation being monitored by various quality control procedures in accordance with national and international standards apart from factory’s intensive care internal defined standard. All parts, components and raw material being supplied to factory have to pass and meet defined quality requirements. Moreover, the modern and equipped company’s laboratory have applied quite a lot miscellaneous tests based on requirement of national and international standards.
Note: Do not remove the yellow plastic cover from the governor at all, as airborne dust or other foreign objects may block the air chamber hole and disrupt the governor's performance.
