Application :
The gas control valve model NG8211 is a reliable component made by Shir Gas Pasargad Corporation, designed for all types of fireplaces, workshop heaters, hot water sources, boilers, cooking appliances and those appliances that need to control the ambient temperature. While capable of working with both NG and LPG, the entire production process is based on national and international standards.
Feature :
Thanks to benefit of a mechanical thermostat mechanism, the ambient temperature is controlled by the user through adjusting control knob from 1 to 7.
The operation of its mechanical thermostat is gradual (Modulation) and the flame height change is quite steady.
It has maximum and minimum flow rate adjustment screws.
There are two main gas inlet and outlet ports in two different directions. This advantage will facilitate the installation and save consumption of pipe works and fittings.
There are inlet and outlet ports for adjustment of gas pressure.
There is a filter at gas inlet port and the one for pilot as well.
The valve is equipped with piezoelectric ignition system.
It has the possibility to attach an internal regulator (governor).
This control valve is designed to have a higher flow rate in compare with similar gas control valves.
Safety :
The valve is equipped with Flame Failure Safety Device (F.F.S.D) which would cut off thermoelectric current generated by the thermocouple automatically. Pilot burner, thermocouple, magnet unit are main parts that form F.F.S.D.
Testing procedure :
Apart being certified by Quality Management System, ISO 9001:2000, the valve is tested and supervised and its operation being monitored at different quality control procedures and is in accordance with national and international standards apart from intensive care apply by factory defined standard.
All parts, components and raw material being supplied to factory have to pass and meet defined quality requirements. Moreover, the modern and equipped company’s laboratory have applied quite a lot miscellaneous tests based on requirement of national and international standards.
